Firm Philosophy

Since the inception of the firm in 1965, we have limited our practice to estate planning and related services, including trust administration, business continuation planning and divorce reviews. We try hard to eliminate or avoid estate taxes and probate. Almost all of our clients' wealth passes free of probate. We have a large client base. However, we normally know more about the location of our client's assets than their own children. We work Saturdays as a regular business day because we know people have jobs. We tell potential clients at our first meeting what our fee is in order to be their estate attorneys. There is no additional fee for our estate planning clients for normal phone calls, meetings, or conferences, including a detailed review every three or four years. This review appointment allows us to catch probate-causing titling mistakes, as well as to update our clients on any changes to the law.
