Denver Vold and Seamus Smith presented a seminar to members of the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association on October 10, 2008. They explained office techniques that the Vold & Morris law firm has developed to secure information from clients, explain complex concepts to clients in a manner that is understandable to them, retain client contact after documents are executed, aid clients in properly titling assets at the time of execution and in the future and make the client feel comfortable about the estate planning process. They also presented suggestions for the efficient processing of estate planning files.
